Essential Tech Pack

$500 PER STYLE 

50% due before work begins,  50% due upon receipt of final tech pack

Deliverables:

  • Flat sketches /designs in Adobe Illustrator in black and white/color if necessary (1 revision included)

  • Detailed tech packs with callouts for all sewing details, etc.

  • Tech consultation and garment measurement specifications for the sample size


NOTE: Client must have a vector sketch or professional pencil sketch. This service does not include design concept consultation. Design consultation can be done using our hourly service.

Tech Pack + Material Sourcing


$2,500 PER STYLE 

50% due before work begins,  50% due upon receipt of Option 2 package

Deliverables:

  • Flat sketches /designs in Adobe Illustrator in black and white/color if necessary (3 revisions)

  • Detailed tech packs with callouts for all sewing details, etc.

  • Tech consultation and garment measurement specifications for the sample size

  • Fabric and trim sourcing with wholesale vendors based on bulk production strategy (2 rounds of sourcing)

  • Bill of Materials per style

Innovative Style
Full Development

$10,000 PER STYLE 

50% due before work begins, 25% due after 1st samples are received, 25% due upon receipt of final samples

Deliverables:

  • Design consultation 

  • Flat sketches /designs in Adobe Illustrator in black and white/color if necessary (3 revisions)

  • Production-ready technical packages with call outs for all sewing details, etc.

  • Garment specifications for the sample size

  • Fabric and trim sourcing with wholesale fabric vendors (2 rounds of sourcing)

  • Label system development and sourcing (3 drafts included; logo provided by the client if not designed by Stateless under separate SOW)

  • Factory sourcing from our network of factories, liaising with the factory on client behalf

  • Fit development per style via up to 3 fittings, including updates to tech packs & specs per style

Add-Ons:

  • Custom dye, custom wash, custom finishes: Rate quoted according to scope 

  • Graphics, prints, embroideries, rip/repair: Rate quoted according to scope

Bulk Production Management

$2,000 PER STYLE

50% due before work begins, 50% due upon goods exiting the factory

Deliverables:

  • Direct and manage bulk production with select factory(s)

  • Comprehensive costing for production goods

  • Purchase orders and size breaks 

  • Grading for the entire size range

  • Size chart for e-commerce
