CAPSULE PROGRAM: PROFESSIONAL BLANKS

Stateless will provide expert strategy and management for the customization and production of your blank apparel collection.

Stateless will provide professional apparel design & development / production management resources on a flat fee spread over 6 monthly payments.

TIMELINE: UP TO 6 MONTHS

  • 1 Style: $450 per month for 6 months

  • 2 Styles: $800 per month for 6 months

  • 3 Styles: $1,125 per month for 6 months

  • 4 Styles: $1,400 per month for 6 months ($350 per month for each additional style)

A blank style is a silhouette available in various colorways, along with a single artwork design in one colorway.

DESIGN

  • Artwork tech-packs for all applied artwork (client provides original artwork)

  • Blank silhouette sourcing with wholesale vendors either in the USA or overseas (2 rounds of comprehensive sourcing if necessary) 

  • Artwork (screenprinting, embroidery, etc.) and finishing house sourcing from our network of trusted vendors, liaising with the vendors on client behalf

DEVELOPMENT

  • Label system development and sourcing (logo/type mark provided by branding department) (3 revisions) 

  • Artwork/finishing house sourcing from our network of vendors, liaising with the vendors on client behalf 

  • Strike-offs on printed samples (up to 3 rounds if necessary) includes updates to artwork tech packs if needed

  • Direct, manage and execute sampling process until samples are approved for production

  • Source all labels for label development, set up labels, run strikeoffs (artwork provided by client or branding team) for 2 rounds of revisions

  • Email follow up / recaps / phone calls – liaison with the factory to answer questions

  • Manage and communicate stock positions

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

  • Develop purchase orders for blanks and send to client for approval

  • Bulk production management of blanks wholesaler, print vendors, and finishing house

  • Oversee the bulk production order until it delivers to client’s distribution center

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Detailed time and action calendar for development and production; management of the calendar

  • Guidance, general consulting, etc. via email and phone calls.

  • Vendor sourcing/set-up/liaising for client

Cost of Goods

Please note that the quotes above do not cover the cost of goods. This includes, but is not limited to, artwork fees, cost of goods, shipping, and other related expenses. Any and all expenses will be pre-approved by client.

PRODUCTION BUDGET

Our strategy is to reverse-engineer into a cost-per-unit target. The cost target is set by knowing your target retail and target margins. At the beginning of the process, our team will help you understand the feasibility behind your targets, work them out with you, and build the strategy accordingly.
