Full Launch Program

14 monthly payments of $3,950*

*The discounted price above reflects 20% savings for committing to all three phases upfront, including all services outlined below.

    • Launch Program pricing covers the design, development, and production of 4 apparel styles

    • A "style" is one unique design with its own construction details; they can be produced in different colors and prints

    • For more or fewer styles, we will provide a custom quote

    • You can start with one of the below phases and then save 5% with the addition of each new phase, or save 20% by committing to all three phases upfront with the Full Launch Program

PHASE 1

Discover & Define

4 monthly payments of $1,500

Goal: Equip you with the strategies and materials you need to effectively articulate your brand vision, gather feedback, and excite potential partners or investors.

Goal: Set you up to market test your debut collection, collect data/feedback, or raise funds.

    • 2D flat sketches / designs in Adobe Illustrator

    • Production-ready tech packs with call outs for all sewing details

    • This does not include pattern/construction adjustments once the initial garment specs are rendered into avatars. Any complex silhouette adjustments must be made at 2D sketch.

    • If logos or other brand identity assets require hand drawn illustrations, this will be an additional fee of $500-$2500 (quoted per complexity)

PHASE 3

Produce & Distribute

8 monthly payments of $5,670

Goal: Set you up to sell product and scale.

    • Management of bulk production with select factory(s)

    • Costing databases for production goods

    • Purchase orders and size breaks 

    • Grading for the entire size range

    Content

    • When samples are complete, we will help you plan the photo and video solutions that are best for your brand and budget

    E-Commerce Website

    • Frontend Design

    • Product names, specs, and description copywriting

    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    • Digital inventory setup

  • Please note that the above quote does not include:

    • Cost of goods for development or bulk production including, but not limited to pattern fees, factory fees, material costs, fit model fees, shipping, etc.

    • Cost of web platform fees

    • Photo/video production costs such as crew, locations, insurance, equipment, models, music rights, travel, set pieces, etc. These items will be tailored to fit the client’s vision and budget

    • Cost of goods for packaging

    The following web development work is out of scope and able to be added on as needed using our hourly service:

    • Customizations that require advanced coding

    • Web platforms outside of Shopify and Squarespace

    • E-Commerce plugins and third-party integrations (E.g. Klaviyo, Loop Returns, Google Business Suite, etc) 

    • Integrating the website with a distribution center

    • Additional pages beyond Home, About, Blog, Store (PDPs and PLP), Contact, and Terms

    • Updates to the website beyond 2 weeks after it's made public

    • Uploading more than 10 products (“product” includes a style in all of its offered sizes, different colorways of the same style are considered separate products for these purposes)

    Add-ons Apparel:

    + Additional styles: rate quoted according to scope

    +   Custom dye, custom wash, custom finishes:  Rate quoted according to scope

    +   Graphics, prints, embroideries, rip/repair:  Rate quoted according to scope

    +   Additional fabrication per style:  $750 per fabrication quality

    + Additional style design/development: $700/mo per style

    Add-ons Branding:

    + Packaging services include development of up to 4 packaging elements (e.g. box, dust bag, polymailer, card). Additional packaging elements can be added on as needed using our hourly service

Marketing Strategy

$3,500

Goal: Receive a comprehensive marketing strategy for how to reach your target audience and stand out from your competition.

Deliverables:

Receive a document and presentation containing:

  • Landscape, audience, and peer analysis (up to 5 peers)

  • Strategy for paid ads and organic marketing initiatives

    • 50% of project due upfront, 50% due upon delivery of final marketing strategy document

    • Includes up to 3 total drafts of the strategy document

Social Media: Paid Ads

Plan & Setup: $2,500 | Management: $1,500/month

Goal: Drive brand interest, website traffic, and product sales through paid advertising on social media platforms.

Deliverables:

  • Campaign setup

  • Copywriting

  • Ad management, testing, tracking, and reporting

    • Rate does not include ad spend. We recommend a minimum of $500/mo on ad spend to start

    • Includes 1 channel (e.g. Instagram/Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google/Youtube)

    • +$400/mo per additional channel

    • Original video or photo content creation for ads is not included and can be quoted separately.

Social Media: Organic

$3,000/month

Goal: Build an organic social media following and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Deliverables:

  • Includes up to 2 social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Email, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Blog)

  • Platform profile and content calendar setup

  • Up to 3 posts per week or 2 email newsletters per month

  • Content curation

  • Copywriting

    • +$500/mo per additional platform

    • Original video or photo content creation for posts is not included and can be quoted separately. Third party content curation and original graphics creation are included.

    • Content calendar tools and other platform fees not included. Client will be presented with options and pricing before any tools/platforms are integrated

Hourly Marketing Consulting

$325/hour

Goal: Receive guidance and feedback on DIY marketing initiatives through 1-on-1 consulting sessions with a marketing expert

    • Client purchases time in blocks of 5 hours upfront, and any unused time past the initial 5 hours is fully refundable.

    • Detailed time cards are available upon request.
